TEHRAN (NIPNA) -- CEO of the National Petrochemical Company (NPC) Reza Norouz-zadeh said implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) had proved instrumental for development of technologies in Iran in such a way that the country "is poised to coming out as the Middle East's symbol of knowledge."
