Zamen, Executive Director of Dehdasht Petrochemical, held meetings on-site with
representatives from major contractors, including Petropars, MAPNA Group, and
Asfalt-Rah, to assess the current status of the project and address operational
challenges.
“Maintaining
the pace of the project and adhering strictly to the established timeline are
the company’s primary priorities,” Zamen said. “It is essential for all
contractors to work with greater synergy and coordination to accelerate project
activities.”
Zamen
emphasized that the company will continue to conduct rigorous field inspections
and maintain regular technical meetings to identify and resolve any bottlenecks
that could impede progress.
The
project is part of a broader push by Iran’s National Petrochemical Company
(NPC) to stabilize domestic production and support downstream industries, as
noted by NPC officials earlier today regarding efforts to restore and maximize
capacity across the sector.
The
focus on the Dehdasht site comes as Iran seeks to expand its petrochemical
footprint, with authorities prioritizing the completion of key infrastructure
projects to ensure a steady supply of raw materials and boost the country’s
industrial self-sufficiency.
