The company's
Medium and Heavy Density Polyethylene (MD-HDPE) unit produced 35,085 metric
tons of product in the Iranian month of Bahman (January 20 - February 18),
setting a new single-month record for the unit in any 30-day period.
This is the
third time the unit has set a record for a 30-day month in the current Persian
year, having previously achieved this in Aban (October 22 - November 21) and
Dey (December 22 - January 20).
AryaSasol had
previously set monthly production records in Tir (June 22 - July 22) and Mordad
(July 23 - August 22), which are 31-day months.
The previous
30-day month record for the MD-HDPE unit was 34,809 metric tons, set in Dey.
The Bahman production surpassed this by 275 metric tons.
