TEHRAN (NIPNA) – In line with celebrations marking the 46th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, senior executives from National Petrochemical Company (NPC) took part in a "Service Desk" initiative, offering an opportunity for employees and visitors to directly address their concerns.

On Feb 1, Hassan Abbas Zadeh, Iran’s Deputy Minister of Petroleum and CEO of NPC, alongside Reza Khalaj, Head of Human Resources Development, held a session to listen to the issues raised by staff members and visitors.

During the event, employees shared their concerns and requests with the senior officials in a cordial setting. At the conclusion of the meeting, action plans were outlined to address the highlighted issues and ensure that necessary follow-ups would take place.

This initiative is part of NPC's ongoing efforts to engage with its workforce, improve communication, and ensure the timely resolution of any challenges within the company.
