In a message marking the anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution,
Hassan Abbaszadeh said that Iran’s petrochemical industry remains a pillar of
economic progress, contributing to national independence and self-sufficiency.
"The Fajr Decade reminds us of a great historic milestone when,
46 years ago, the Iranian nation united in faith and determination to achieve
independence and dignity. Today, our progress in the petrochemical sector is a
continuation of that revolutionary movement," Abbaszadeh stated.
He praised industry professionals for their expertise, dedication, and
perseverance, highlighting their critical role in Iran’s economic development.
Abbaszadeh also extended his congratulations on the arrival of the Islamic
month of Sha’ban, commemorating the birth anniversaries of revered religious
figures.
"Undoubtedly, the path to further progress in the petrochemical
sector will be paved by your unwavering commitment, knowledge, and tireless
efforts," he added, expressing hope for continued industry growth through
unity and collaboration.
Iran’s petrochemical industry has been a key focus of government
policy, with officials emphasizing its role in economic resilience, non-oil
exports, and countering sanctions.
