According to the company,
after implementing various projects to remove barriers and production bottlenecks
at the petrochemical facility, which is touted as the largest production value
chain of polyethylene terephthalate items, the production record of these
polymer products was broken in the calendar year of "production leap"
which ended on March 20.
Accordingly, for
the first time in the history of the plant, in the calendar year of 1399, the
cumulative production of polyethylene terephthalate chain products reached an
unprecedented figure of 1,104,000 tons.
Simultaneously in the
month of Esfand (the 12th month of Persian calendar) of last year,
the total cumulative production reached about 104,000 tons and for the second
consecutive month, the monthly production exceeded 100,000 tons.
This is while in the
month of Bahman (the 11th month in the Persian calendar) of last
year, Marty Tondgouyan Petrochemical Plant had reached a production of 103,975
tons.
