Addressing the graduation celebration of the first MBA and DBA trainees of the Iran University of Industreis and Mines in at Mahshahr Petrochemical Zone, Reza Norouzzadeh underlined the important of the transfer of the state-of-the-art technologies as well as experiences in the petrochemical sector.
Speaking on Tuesday the official stressed the necessity of training successors for experienced executives in the industry, saying training programs must be organized in such a manner that senior executives can be easily replaced by youngsters upon their retirement.
"Everyone has now realized that rather than capital, it is the human resources that run industries," he said.
"Fortunately, a lot has been done in terms of training skilled human resources in the country."
